Rewriter, Other todo list items

Hi,

The memory leak in my rewriter code is so obvious, I'm ashamed of it. :)
The code is already running well with no harmful side effects in our
heavily-loaded servers.

has the patch against 1.1.9. I hope that takes "HTTP reply header
adding/filtering" into the Completed Items section!

Are we now going for 1.2 alpha?

>From the todo list:
- what do we do with HTTP/1.1 Etags? Apache 1.2 is almost out and that
  uses Etag by default.
- for Resource Limits, should we also deny the number of concurrent users
  to prevent denial of service? How do we benchmark the user's bandwidth
  consumption and throttle it?
