Poul-Henning Kamp wrote phkmalloc, and it is favoured over gnumalloc for
squid. The FreeBSD compilation package for squid disables gnumalloc for
FreeBSD 2.2 and higher. Gnumalloc is needed by squid for FreeBSD 2.1.x.
