If it went out as an RFC, that might set the scene for a bit of a
media blitz - any old Internet related story seems to be good for a
few column inches or a radio/TV interview just now.
Having said that, I'm not sure that we want to draw that sort of
public attention to caching. You guys all have legal budgets,
right? :-)
