Duane - I am going to write the sections of the config file that
are missing comments and put some general help at the
top of the generated squid.conf.... I don't know if it's worth having
a 'comment' section added to the 'cf_gen.c' file so that we can put
in the headings like:

# OPTIONS WHICH AFFECT THE NEIGHBOR SELECTION ALGORITHM
#-----------------------------------------------------------------------------

I will modify all the help/error files - it shouldn't take long.... and
it's something that I can help with without coding :)

I had a slight problem compiling under linux due to it defaulting to
the POLL option since linux doesnt seem to include poll.h, but
rather <asm/poll.h> (and I am not sure that that includes all the
needed #defines). I will put in the appropriate junk for that too.
