Yes, it is currently a bit broken ;-) (even to the point that I would
call it useless acually). Some seems to be errors in Squid, and some in
cachemgr.cgi. I guess most people hacking around in 1.2beta does work on
more important issues at the moment (or what they feel is more
important).

Not that I know of. I maintain my own to keep track of my changes, and
it seems that Duane is using CVS as well.
