1.2.beta15.patch available

Hi there,

        A huge 170K patch against 1.2b15 is available at:
http://squid.nlanr.net/Squid/1.2.beta/1.2.beta15.patch.gz

        We are not ready to call it b16 yet. It is relatively stable in terms
of performance but not in terms of the source code/features. Please read the
TODO file for some of the big changes coming up.
