Well I am using Programming Windows 95 at current, but the API is not that
much different, have to get a REAL Win32 API book however, so I cannot
recommended one at present...
But it should not be that different from '95...

How many Unix-specific parts are there in the source that are clearly NOT
cross-platform compatible btw?
