Hi there, Thanks for reading this,

I have downloaded squid to /usr/local/squid/src i have the unGziped it
into /usr/local/squid/squid1.1.20

I then try and "./configure" it and get the following message ..

checking host system type... i486-pc-linux-gnu
checking for gcc... no
checking for cc... no
Configure. error: no acceptable cc found in $path

Can anyone tell me what I need to do to get this to work ? I have

Anyway any help would be fantastic !!

Thank in advance
