Report both major and minor page faults?

long rusage_pagefaults(struct rusage *r)
{
   return r->ru_minflt + r->ru_majflt;
}

/* Ratio of page faults with I/O */

{
   return (float)r->ru_majflt / rusage_pagefaults(r);
}

Perhaps we should report most of the other rusage values as well? (block
I/O, signals, context switching, ..
