Reading throught the 2.2.PRE1 ftp.c source changes, it seems that a
couple of storeAbort calls was removed.
How is the correct methods for a protocol module to indicate
1. Transfer complete
2. Transfer failed during setup (before any data received)
3. Transfer failed while receiving data
