MULTICAST_MISS_STREAM

Hi People

MULTICAST_MISS_STREAM looks interesting: anyone been planning it in
a public forum? Anyone using it yet?
I dropped of my mailing lists for a while, sorry if I missed all the
fun.

I am going to leave this out of the book for now, though it looks
interesting.

Oh: anyone feel like putting together a summary of Squid's peer
decision algorithm (kind of like the refresh rules summary)? Thought
not ;)
