I'd like to suggest that this (set in src/defines.h) be increased (or
eliminated as a hard coded limit) in future versions of Squid. We
sometimes find that 32 dnsservers isn't enough, and it would be very
useful to be able to increase the number of servers without having to
hack/rebuild Squid.
