The question on how and when the rsync tree is being updated remains.
There is two patches posted on the "known bugs" page, but as far as I
can tell only one is in the rsync tree.
squid-2.3.devel3-filemap-fixes.patch is in the rsync tree
squid-2.3.devel3-ftp-pasv-timeout-hack is NOT
Both are listed as committed on the "known bugs" page.
