sourceforge.

Creating new branches is not very complicated, in fact I would claim it
is very easy. The only complicated matter is that I require shared
branches to be documented in CVS.html. Instructions and utilities are on
the above mentioned page http://squid.sourceforge.net/CVS.html, but I'll
repeat it here:
1. Check out the branch you want to base the work on
2. Run "cvsmkbranch <newbranchname>" to create the new branch
3. Document the branch in CVS.html (or ask me if you are too lazy)
4. cd "../<newbranchname>" and hack away.
