Well,
the first cut is done, the cygwin CVS branch now compiles and runs ootb,
with default ./configure options. Everything #ifdef'd bar a change to
dns_internal (brought the max incoming accepts into line with icp and http
accept functions). I'll write up a howto shortly..
I'd like to get some feedback (I cannot really load-test it where I am
developing it)... is there a standard announce procedure?
