Cacheoff results published.

Hey folks,

The cacheoff results have been published.

There you can see results for a DiskD based Squid 2.4 on FreeBSD, which
is what the Squid team used. And you can also see Swell's results
running Sizif's reiser_raw Squid running on Linux 2.4. Note that the
hardware is quite different...we had significantly less horsepower (3
7200 RPM IDE disks to Duane's 6 SCSI 10k disks) but still nearly matched
Duane's box.

We're making progress.
