I had that once in a time. However I opted to not make use of it as it
made access lists even harder to grok for people.

That you can do today by adding a log_access option..

This too is fully possible today by making sure the accesses are allowed
before a using a ACL requiring credentials.

We are past that already. 2.4 has branched off and the HEAD is open for
