Seems to work, but a lot of testing remains. Will also document more in
detail how it works.
Builds on top of the current FS-API. The FS does not need to be aware of
obejct variants.
Will not work with reiserfs_raw/storetree, unless reiserfs_raw/storetree
is changed to include the MD5 hash or the new vary_headers field when
calculating the object identity.
