uri location ?

Ok,

Should I redo storeLookup() to take a request_t and a uri, or just
a request_t ? The request_t doesn't have a uri - it has "canonical"
which may or may not be what we want to pass to the store
(I don't fully understand the URL magic here quite yet.)
