The shell service at SourceForge is temporary out of service, which has
the undesired effect for us that
a) squid.sourceforge.net website updates won't happen until the shell
service is back on line
b) It seems the diff function on the web site is also out of order,
probably related to the above. A bit difficult to investigate as to why
until the shell service is on line again.
