Fw: Automake 1.4h (squid-amake pre-requisite)

Automake has been feature frozen for a short while. This is the first
"release candidate" though.

It builds the squid-amake branch correctly for me, on openBSD.

This is just a FYI - I hope not *everyone* is on the automake list as well
