A declare mismatch between protos.h and c source

Hi,

Using MS VC++ on Squid 2.3 STABLE 5, I have found a new function
declaration mismatch between acl.c & protos.h:

acl.c:

aclNBCheck(aclCheck_t * checklist, PF callback, void *callback_data)

protos.h:

extern void aclNBCheck(aclCheck_t *, PF *, void *);

This mismatch is present on all Squid branch: 2.3, 2.4 and 2.5.
