Patch for Squid 2.3 STABLE 5

Hi Guys,

Attached there are some little patches for Squid 2.3 STABLE 5:

The patch file is generated against s2_3 branch on SourceForge.

Include patches are:

- "Couple of type-Os, misspellings in configure.in" - Bugzilla #71
- "fails to close useragent log" - Bugzilla #102
- "Fix for some memory leaks" - Bugzilla #162
- Latest declare mismatch between protos.h and sources

Could someone please commit this to Squid 2.3 ?
