Squid 2.3 STABLE 5 - Bugzilla and other patches merge request

Hi,

Attached there are some patches for 2.3 STABLE 5 branch.

Affected files are:

configure.in: remove optimization for gcc 2.95.[123]
snmp_internal.h: removed unused code (backport from 2.5)
asn.c: bugzilla #4
cache_cf.c: bugzilla #162
client_side.c: bugzilla #17
snmp_core.c: bugzilla #97
store_dir_ufs.c: fixed a OS/2 bug
snmpagent.c: bugzilla #80
http.c: bugzilla #195

All was tested on Windows NT, Solaris x86 and RH Alpha Linux.

Anybody can merge this in 2.3 ?
