cache_peer_domain

Hi,

the feature from iplanet by a proxy to proxy link is missing by squid.
i can use in the config regular expressions, but not in squid.
I think is a good idea, in the string cache_peer_domain 1.2.3.4
ddd\..*\.domain\.ext/.*
So can use www.domain.ext route to another link.(default to internet as
example)
