Now builds using SunPRO cc

Squid now builds almost fine using SunPRO cc.

The main remaining issue is automake related

a) The Sun Make compability issue previously discussed when building
outside of the source tree

b) SunPRO CC is not all that happy about empty files. If possible we
should use automake/configure to exclude such files rather than wrapping
them in an #ifdef. This is the case for lib/snprintf.c (think all others
have been eleminated already).

I have not cared much about the auth helpers, but of the Basic helpers
only MSNT fails to build using SunPRO cc.

Also, I have only verified that it builds corrently. No idea how well it
runs.

Now starting the second round of SunPRO cc with strict ANSI C checks.
Some errors already detected..

Henrik
