Bootstrap error on HEAD

Hi,

I have just updated my HEAD local repository, and now bootstrap.sh give me
following error on Cygwin and Alpha RHL 7.0:

$ ./bootstrap.sh
autoheader: No template for symbol `SELECT_TYPE'
autoheader failed
Autotool bootstrapping failed. You will need to investigate and correct
before you can develop on this source tree

On both systems i'm using autoconf 2.52 and automake 1.5 (1.5b on Linux).
