Rather than simply specifying a list of domains, I'd suggest using a
generic ACL match. Makes things much more powerful (i.e. dst matching).
Also, as an analogy for the X-Forwarded-For header, I'd rename the
header to X-On-Behalf-Of [I know, I'm nitpicking here :].
