When I kill the -lm back out of the Makefile, I get:

../../../../../lib/libmiscutil.a(util.o): In function `xpercentInt':
/home/abartlet/squid-ntlm/lib/util.c:729: undefined reference to `rint'
collect2: ld returned 1 exit status
make: *** [wb_ntlmauth] Error 1
