I think I should read FAQ 3 times before asking such simple questions. :-)

I think the key means the index of the database. It is
the checksum of MD5 algorithm. I think MD5 must based on some data and
give the transformation of the data looking as random numbers. But what is
the data MD5 based on? Are they URIs?
