what means "SWAPOUT_DONE" and "PING_NONE"

I am using Squid 2.4-STABLE. Here is
an entry taken from the Cache Manager -->all cached objects.

I am puzzled when reading entry "SWAPOUT_DONE" and
"PING_NONE". What do they mean?

Btw: If anyone can tell me where to find the answer in
documents, I will look for the answer myself. :-)
