These are internal to the code. Search the code.

RELEASE_REQUEST == someone has requested this object to be deleted from
the cache

ENTRY_NEGCACHED == negatively cached. See squid.conf negative_ttl.

ENTRY_ABORTED == the request is being aborted, usually on request by the
user..
