tcp_outgoing_address accounting.

Hi,
        would request be a good indicator to be used as
accounting input for a rough estimate of "load" for a
tcp_outgoing_address?

say if we added a load member to the acl_address and incremented it each
time it handled a request, of course we'd have to decrement when the
request gets freed. Or are there better/already ways of doing this?

Any information/links would be greatly appreciated.
