There is *nothing* fancy about NTLMv2.

NTLMv2 just requires that you reply to the REQUEST_TARGET_INFO with the
TARGET_INFO, that being the netbios and domain name of the remote
server. These are needed for the NTLMv2 calculations. Other than that,
just include that you support it. In fact, you don't even need to do
that if the client is 'forced' to use NTLMv2 by its registry.
