Test Report of 2.5 NTLM on Alpha Linux: SUCCESS !!!

Hi,

I have just finished and successfully tested a Squid 2.5 PRE8 installation
on my Alpha Linux with the following configuration:

- Debian Linux 3.0 (Woody) with Debian Kernel 2.4.18
- Samba 2.2.5 self compiled with Winbindd support enabled
- Squid 2.5 PRE8 with basic and ntlm authentication
- Winbind basic and ntlm authenticators

The Samba server is member of a Windows 2000 domain running in native mode.

NTLM authentication works fine using IE 6 and Windows Update, the same for
Basic authentication using Netscape 6.2.3 on Windows and Mozilla 1.0.0 on
Alpha Linux.
