Mainly testing Bugzilla #164.. and perhaps add tcp_outgoing_address to the
list... (see Bugzilla #164..) but we can probably do without it..
Many things remains in documentation.. but apart from a suitable release notes
getting people on track on what has changed most of the documentation can be
dealt with as required I guess..
