autoconf 2.5 update complete - testing on other platforms needed

I've updated all the major obsoleted macros to use the autoconf 2.5
syntax.

http://devel.squid-cache.org/cgi-bin/diff/autoconf-25.patch

I've tested it on linux, but if some folk with more... esoteric
environments could check it, that would be great.

Key changes:
autoconf 2.50 and above compatability
requires autoconf 2.50
all #defined types (i.e. u_int64_t) are now typedef'd
programmer manual entry on the use of fixed width types.
nuked num32 types.

So, beat away on it. If it all looks good we can consider putting it in
HEAD, although I think that simply making it a -very- visible patch on
the website may be as good for a few months, at least until more
programs are fully autoconf 2.50 ready and autoconf 2.50 becomes more
common.
