Ok.
The reason why it may need to be disabled in some environments is
mainly the lack for ETag support. Without ETag Vary caching can cause
an excessive amount of cached objects for the same resource. This is
not critical and can wait for 2.5.STABLE2, and can be worked around
by using no_cache if there is a problem..
