Hmm, I think it's an automake 1.5 bug. We specify the source above, so
it should create the dir for us. In fact, IIRC I patched this in our
custom automake before 1.6 was released. Anyway, I'll do some testing -
having a autoconf know about sr/repl/*/Makefile is the wrong thing, as
we don't need or use them.
