How to get mime type...

Hello squid dev.
i am adding one feature in squid which log error encountared during request processing.

during development of this feature i got following problems
for invalid req err->request is NULL,
why this ?
for all other it is not NULL.

2 nd is
err->url is NULL for all error.
is these are bugs or limitations?
if so should i post to bug report?

i want to log mime type and cache code [tcp_hit , tcp_miss ...] and destination address.
e.g
--- DIRECT/193.216.147.201 text/html

i have errorstate and request_t available.
i gone through structs.h but no lunk.

how can i achieve this values..
