As long as the helper has a suitable name it may well be placed next to
all the others I think.
If there is a new class of helper which can is used in a certain platform
port then helpers of that class separate should probably be isolated
within the port.
A win32 ntlm helper does not classify as a new class of helper, just
another ntlm helper.
A win32 helper which uses some new helper protocol unique for the win32
port is a win32 port helper, and classifies as a new class of helper.
Maybe it should be evaluated if configure can be teached how to
automatically determine which helpers can be built on a certain platform
and automatically build what is suitable, but this is not strictly
required.
