Deferred Read...

Hi All -

I'm trying to track down another inconsistency: I noticed that Squid is
calling "entry->delayAwareRead" in certain cases, but in some cases where
the amount_to_read is equal to zero, the delayed read never gets done.
Once a read is delayed, what is the proper way to ensure that the read
actually gets handled?
