accessLogDumpLogFormat goes into an infinite loop of some sort.. - I
haven't dug further yet.
On a related issue, it would be good if we can do backwards
compatability with squid 2.5 - that is, no access_log statement
defaulting to the previous behaviour, not the current unlogged
behaviour. I'll see about doing something next week for this.
