squid-3.0 pages now active on the 'net

I'm about to put an email to squid-users asking for early adopters, and
summarising the release process for the users..

Henrik, regarding your merges.. just merge in what you feel is ready.

Everyone: Please do a patch in /Versions/v3/3.0/bugs for all HEAD
commits from here until we branch.

I intend to branch when we release - as per the release process we
hammered out.

So: HEAD is feature frozen except for the features from Henrik already
agreed upon.
