Welcome to squid-dev.
If you have some time there is many small things in SSL to improve. I
try to keep a list on http://devel.squid-cache.org/ssl/. If you find
any of these issues interesting, or find some other issue not
mentioned please let me know.
There is also a big need to document how to set up accelerator mode in
Squid-3. All documentation available refers to Squid-2.X syntax which
does not work in Squid-3.
