HEAD build error using identd

Hi Robert,

There is something wrong after your latest ACL tweaks.
Building with USE_IDENT defined gives the following error:

C:\work\nt-3.0\src\client_side.cc(2876) : error C2065: 'aclCheckFast' :
undeclared identifier

It seems a forgotten code arrangement.
