I suppose that IE is such broken client. Moreover, Mozilla is also
such client - it defenetly can read direct URL like
http://www.lasercomp.ru/technologies/..\img/lk.gif
But can't
http://www.lasercomp.ru/technologies/..%5cimg/lk.gif
