epoll

Hi,

I'm playing with the epoll code in the latest libc+linux 2.6 kernel
and I've found that we don't need the -lepoll anymore. Its
definitely integrated into the newest libc.

Should we remove the -lepoll? Make configure test for its presence
if --enable-epoll is given?
