There was a patch for this some time ago. Looking.. Seems to be maintained
here: http://www.it-academy.bg/zph/

In principle you need to insert a

    setsockopt(fd, IPPROTO_IP, IP_TOS, (char *) &tos, sizeof(int))

call at a suitable place before the data is sent to the client.
