From the beginning these were generated on the fly from the
CVS repository when requested, but this is no longer possible due to
changes in infrastructure and poliy at SourceForge.
I hope to find a suitable way to automate these within the SourceForge
environment. Until then just tell me when the patch needs to be updated.
Or alternatively use the cvsmkpatch script to manually create a patch and
upload it to the web space of the project (varyetag directory in the
website module in CVS) and change the patch link to point there instead.
